In 2020 it became evident to me that many of us don't allow ourselves the time to slow down, self-care, and notice the beauty in nature that surrounds us. For this reason, I left the corporate world and a Business Manager role of 16 years to provide a service that I am positively passionate about...

Experience
Artist, Trainer and Arts Psychotherapist
In 2022 I successfully achieved my Associate Degree in Arts Psychotherapy with a distinction average at the Nationally acclaimed Ikon institute and now offer online and in person Art Therapy at the Nature Creative studio.
I am currently completing a Bachelor in Arts Psychotherapy before finishing with Masters Degree.
I have experience teaching art skills and techniques to children and adults using a pedagogical method; caring for and brining learning to life through theory and practical application. Art classes are based on many years of personal visual art exploration and a love of nature. As an art therapist, I have a special interest in working with children on the autism spectrum and with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, low confidence and self-esteem.
I am also employed by a reputable Wellbeing Service as a trauma-informed primary school Art Therapist.
As a previous workplace trainer and regional business manager, excellent customer service and client nurturing is at the forefront of all Nature Creative services, classes and workshops.
Current WWCC - Working with Children Certificate, RAN and Police Clearances. COVID 19 triple vaccinated.
